HAGutter Cleaning Services Ltd decides how your quote enquiry is used. For questions about your personal information or to make a request, email mail@haguttercleaningservices.com.

What information does the quote form ask for?

The form asks for your name, phone number, postcode and the service you need. You can optionally provide an email address, property type, number of storeys, access information, whether you have solar panels, attached structures, and additional notes. It also records whether you agreed to be contacted about your quote.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details only to reply to your quote request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the cleaning. We contact you by text message and email about your quote only. We do not send marketing or offers.

You asked us for a quote, so we use your details to respond and to take the steps needed before agreeing the work. Where that does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from potential customers. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in the notes field.

Who receives your enquiry?

The quote form sends your details to Netlify, our website host, which stores them and emails them to the company's enquiry inbox. Only the company owner reads enquiries there and replies to customers.

Netlify is based in the United States, so your details may be transferred outside the UK. Netlify relies on recognised safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for 5 years after the job, for tax and insurance records, then delete them.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use Google Analytics or any other tracking. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, to restrict or object to some uses, to receive certain information in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
